Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, case number, or other term entered in a sponsored search box is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. Pueblo County Court Docket does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor emails the site, the message and contact details may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Ordinary server and analytics records may capture technical details when a page loads:
- The device's internet protocol address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system and device category
- Pages viewed and approximate time spent
- Referring website, when available
- Date and time of the request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies and analytics tools help measure traffic, performance, and how visitors move through the site. A browser can block or delete cookies, though some functions may work differently after that choice.
What We Do With This Data
Collected technical and submitted information may be used for these purposes:
- Operating, securing, and improving the website
- Routing a sponsored query to the selected provider
- Understanding which public-reference pages are useful
- Finding errors, abuse, and performance problems
- Supporting advertising shown on the site
No Court-Record Data on File
Pueblo County Court Docket does not host or maintain a database of Pueblo County case records. Official state trial-court files remain with the Clerk of Court at Pueblo Combined Court; City records remain with Pueblo Municipal Court. Access to Colorado court-case records is governed primarily by Chief Justice Directive 05-01, while the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. ยงยง 24-72-200.1 through 24-72-205.5, applies to many other government records. Visitor analytics are not compiled into court files or consumer reports.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies supply sponsored search tools. Information submitted in those tools is handled under the provider's privacy policy, retention rules, and terms, not solely under this policy. Review the provider's disclosures before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Colorado Judicial Branch pages, Pueblo court offices, legal resources, or third-party services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's own privacy rules apply. Advertising providers may also use their systems to measure activity across websites.
Who Might See Your Data
Pueblo County Court Docket does not sell personal data. Limited information may be processed by:
- Search providers handling a visitor's submitted query
- Analytics and performance vendors
- Advertising networks serving site content
- Government authorities acting under a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information under the site's control. No internet service can promise absolute security, so transmission and storage always carry some risk.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If information from a person under 18 is identified, a valid deletion request will be addressed.
Your Data Rights
Rights vary by residence and the law that applies. A person may be entitled to ask what personal data is held, request correction or deletion, or object to certain processing. Colorado court-record access and correction are controlled by Chief Justice Directive 05-01, not by a request to this private website. The Colorado Open Records Act governs many public-agency records but does not make this site the custodian of a Pueblo court file.
- Request access to personal data held by the site
- Ask that inaccurate personal information be corrected
- Seek deletion where the law permits it
- Opt out of processing where a legal right applies
